Cheerleading
SB Elite offers All-Star competitive cheer for athletes ages 3-18, with Exhibition, Prep, and Elite teams available at a variety of levels. Our All-Star program focuses on stunting, tumbling, jumps, and performance while building confidence, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
We also offer our “Here to Cheer” recreational program for athletes who want to learn a routine in a fun, low-pressure environment. This program focuses on mastering motions, jumps, and basic stunt technique while introducing athletes to the fundamentals of cheer.
In addition, we offer a Cheer Prep class designed to prepare athletes for junior high and high school cheer tryouts, focusing on the skills, technique, and confidence needed to succeed.
Tumbling
Tumbling classes at SB Elite are offered at both our Longville and DeRidder locations for ages 2–18. We provide a safe, structured environment where athletes can build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Classes are available for all skill levels, from beginners learning the basics to advanced athletes working higher-level skills. Our program focuses on proper technique, progressions, and individual growth to help each athlete reach their full potential.
Dance
Dance classes at SB Elite are offered at our Longville location for ages 2–18. We provide a fun, structured environment where dancers can grow in technique, confidence, and performance.
Class styles include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Clogging. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to advance their skills, our program is designed to meet dancers at every level while helping them build a strong foundation and love for dance.
